When designing and printing a custom album, there is often a cover lamination process. How should we identify its quality? Let's introduce it in detail.
1. First, we can take a laminated album design and printing custom for experiment, take out the laminated sample of an appropriate area, and then rub it back and forth. If there are no bubbles and detachment after rubbing, it proves that the quality of the lamination is very good. If there are adhesion or bubbles, it means that the quality is problematic and should be improved or the lamination process should be repeated in time.
2. There will be a layer of plastic film on the laminated sample. Gently tear it off and see. If the fibers on the paper and the ink layer on the surface are all stuck to the film, it means that the lamination is very firm and the quality is also relatively good. If it can be easily torn off without any stickiness, it proves that this lamination process is very unsuccessful.
3. In addition, you can also put the laminated sample into the drying machine for experiment. Look at the state of the coated paper at high temperature. If there is demoulding or bubbles, it means that the quality of the coating is poor. A good quality coating is still flat and wrinkle-free even at high temperature.
4. Soak the coated paper in water for one to two hours. Pay attention to the water temperature is at room temperature. If there is no separation between the film layer and the paper, it means that the coating is very strong. For sample printing, the lamination process is very important. If it is done well, it can effectively enhance the overall exquisiteness.
